Choose how many technicians

A technician is anyone named on an inspection or service record as the person who did the work. Office staff who never appear on a record are free. The price covers your whole company, however many locations it has.

• $49 a month for the first technician.
• $25 a month each for technicians 2 to 5.
• $15 a month each from the 6th technician on.

What that adds up to, each month:

• 1 technician: $49
• 2 technicians: $74
• 3 technicians: $99
• 5 technicians: $149
• 8 technicians: $194
• 10 technicians: $224
• 15 technicians: $299
• 20 technicians: $374

Ten technicians at two locations cost $224 a month, however they split between the locations. There is no jump at a boundary: each technician you add changes the price by that technician’s rate.

Pay yearly and get 2 months free. The first technician is $490 a year, technicians 2 to 5 are $250 each, and the 6th on are $150 each.

What every shop gets

• Every extinguisher, every date. Each unit with its serial number, agent, where it hangs and the date each service is due next.
• NFPA 10 checklists. Monthly inspection and annual maintenance, pass or fail per item, with a deficiency note and photos on a failure. The record saves only when every item is answered.
• Six-year maintenance, recharges and new units. Each with its own record. Six-year maintenance and recharges note the parts replaced and the collar.
• License numbers on the record. Each technician’s license number from their profile, captured on every service record they save.
• Red tags. What is impaired, and when and how you told the owner and the fire official.
• Work orders and a schedule. Book a customer’s units, assign a technician, and get a warning when they are already booked.
• Repairs from failures. Add a failed item as a repair, on the same visit or a return trip.
• Service reports by email. A PDF for the customer after each job, under your shop’s name and logo.
• The due list. Every unit coming due, soonest first, by customer. Download it as a spreadsheet file (CSV, comma-separated values).
• Reminder emails. Sent to your customers before their units come due, in your shop’s name.
• ID labels with QR codes. Your customer scans one and sees that unit’s service status.
• Your state license watched. Its expiry date on screen, with a warning 60 days before it runs out.
• Your office staff, free. People who do not record inspections or services do not count toward your price.
• Email support. We reply by email, usually within one business day (Mon-Fri, Pacific).
